Identify a known organisation of your choice. You are to ensure that you have full access to the relevant information required for this project. Please note that the information you will collect will be purely for the purposes of this project and will not be shared with third parties. However, you are free to give the organisation a fictitious name. You are required to answer ALL of the following questions:

a. Provide a brief profile of the organisation. This section should include information such as what business and industry the organisation is in, how long they have been in business, how big the organisation is, the key leadership and the key achievements.

b. Critically analyse the following aspects of the organisation of your choice:The internal environment, The market environment and The macro environment

c. Identify the key success factors for the industry within which your chosen organisation operates.

d. As a follow up to the situation analysis you have performed above, use grand strategy to formulate strategy going forward for your chosen organisation.

e. Recommend strategies that the leadership of your organisation should put in place to ensure the successful implementation of the new strategy.
