Strategic thinking and planning defines a desired future, which focus on Mega Level results, documents how to determine when desired results are accomplished, and is the focus of new paradigms (slide 26). Why Mega? To add value to the inside and outside of your organization, societal responsibility, good business logic, and high impact results and payoffs (slide 27) If my organization is the solution, what is the problem? You can't solve today's problems with the same paradigm that created them. There are two bottom lines for any organization: conventional and societal (slide 28). Tomorrow is not a linear projection of yesterday, doing good is no longer
