Structural equation modeling (SEM) is described in chapter two. It is helpful in examining a complex system. By design, SEM can analyze multiple levels of relationships, which are quite common in employee attitude at work. There are also several other analytical methods that are relevant to analyzing employee surveys such as correlation, regression, charts, graphs and many more
