Structure of the Report: - The Report must be no less than 5 pages. You could type more than this amount. (Send word version only, no PDF document please) - Select 10 firms (stocks, real estate investment trust, bonds, commodities and crypto currencies/blockchain applications). 2 must be crypto currencies or blockchain application firms - You must invest $1MM within the 10 selected investments, remember 10% of that must be in crypto currencies/blockchain applications - Create a Balance Sheet, Income State and Cash Flow Analysis, determine what valuation methods: market, income, cash valuation. Describe which one and why you chose them. It could be a combination of all three depending on your investment selection - Create an Investment Selection Process: how did you select your investment? Describe your Investment committee and what should be discussed - Describe your expected returns for each investment - Describe the types of risks you see in your investment portfolio (economic, credit, liquidity, high inflation) - Create charts and graphs of your investment portfolio. These could be 3 to 5 years of data. It could be longer but no more than 10 years
