Create Active Directory Users on Domain Controller.

o Log into your Exchange Server using your ExchangeAdmin01account

Configure Mailbox Clients on Both Guest VMs

jason03) on xxW10-03and firstname04on xxW10-04. O
o Send test emails from each newly created mail enabled account. (firstname03to
firstname04)
Creating Company Policy and Mail Flow Rules
o Add a disclaimer message to the bottom all email clients with. The message should
read "Disclaimer: This email and any attachments are for the sole use of the intended
recipients and may be privileged or confidential."
o Configure user firstname03with 'Full Access' to ALL user mailboxes (i.e., firstname01,
firstname02and firstname04).
o Configure user firstname01to only be able to send emails to users firstname03 and
firstname04.
o Create a rule where emails larger 1Mb cannot be delivered to any internal mailbox.
(can't send or receive emails larger than 1Mb). Prove that this rule is in effect either by
trying to send a large file or use the PowerShell command to show size restrictions.
o Create a company policy that prevents the mailbox enabled users from sending or
receiving files with .EXE or .ZIP file types.
o Create a Distribution Group called 'IT Support', with the mail-enabled address of
'ITGroup@domain.local'. All mail enabled users should be added to this group (except
for Exchangeadmin01). Send a test email to the Distribution Group to confirm
functionality.
o Use EAC to enable archive mailboxes on all for mail enabled user accounts
(firstname01-04). Use PowerShell to confirm that this is enabled on all mailboxes.
