Students are required to build on Part 1 for this second stage. They will need to provide a detailed WBS with four levels showing time and cost of WBS components using project resources calculating direct and indirect cost. Then transfer the WBS into JIRA (or MS Project if available) and develop a GANTT chart for your project. Show dependencies, milestones, and identify critical paths.

Submission Instructions

The submission should be a maximum of 5 pages double-spaced (excluding title page and reference page) and should follow APA referencing style.Please submit two files: 1- word document file which includes the WBS, budget, analysis and explanation, and a link to JIRA GANTT chart or MS. Project (attach) MS project file if you used MS project.

1. Use the information from your detailed scope and provide a detailed WBS.
2. Provide detailed cost analysis for the project.
3. The WBS should be transferred to MS project or JIRA to produce a GANTT chart.
4. The GANTT chart should include dependencies and milestones (at least 1 FF and 1 SS).
5. All tasks must have resources that are not overallocated.
6. Show/highlight the critical path and provide explanation.
