Students should meet regularly and utilize quality circles to assess product and service quality. The report and presentation should focus on the consequences of poor quality and benefits of good quality. The group should consist of 3-4 members per group and each member should present for at least 3-5 minutes. There should only be one report submitted per group and the presentation must include a slideshow
