Students will choose two (2) course concepts that were not covered in their group project (I.e., personality, motivation, etc.) to better understand the dynamics the group experienced throughout the course. This will involve providing specific examples from the group project and connecting them to key components of the topic area that are addressed in the course. For example, if you choose to analyze the team dynamics, topic #1 could discuss the dimensions that make a team effective or analyzing the team using Tuckmans five stages of team development using examples from your group experience
