Students will conduct an in-depth analysis of assigned chapters (8 - 14) contained within the course required textbook in preparation for the creation of 4 Power Point slides (per chapter). The slides will emphasize the principal's role and responsibilities in decision making regarding the following topics: special services for special students; human resources development; staffing the school; restructuring the deployment of instructional personnel; restructuring time; fiscal accounting, budgeting and building management; and technology applications for school management
