Students will create a brief (2-3 page) paper that clearly defines what the student wants to aspire to be in five years. This should be related to leadership aspirations (positional and those not requiring a position).Additionally, this should include a reflective review of your values, beliefs, and experiences that have brought you to this point in time and your intended efforts to develop yourself to lead during the next five years
