The topic must be approved$/$accepted by the instructor $($suggestions might be discussed in class, via e$-$mail or at instructors office$).(1)$ Explain a bioengineering transport problem, the background, importance and relevance of this transport problem $($i$.$e$.$ reasons for choosing this problem$),(2)$ Present a plan of model$/$equations$,$ with its assumptions, that would be used to analyse this problem, $(3)$ Outline the requirements for a solution $($analytical computation, software package, etc.$)$ to this model$/$equations used to analyse this problem,$(4)$ Describe the tool$/$method $($analytical computation, software package, etc.$)$ that you suggest: survey on its history and kinds of transport problems, which has been analysed by this tool$/$method$,(5)$ A discussion on the chosen approach.All references must be cited properly.
