TASK: Position Paper

QUESTION: Would you allow restorative justice to a person who committed a heinous crime?

The position paper should have the following components: Clear thesis statement or stand on the issue. (My part on this is neutral. It depends in the situation especially on the side of the victims. Also, allowing restorative justice is still needed to be studied to provide the justice to those deserving.) Claims that are supported by credible evidence.
