Considering the sentimental value of the venue where she had also celebrated her 1st and 7th birthday, she decided to buy the property. After contacting Spouses Kevin and Dorothy Marcelo, the owners of the property, both residents of #333Brgy. Kasaganahan, Municipality of Kagwapuhan, Navotas, they discussed that they will sell the property to Aidarene with a condition that the pavillion will be paid in cash for P2,500,000.00 and Aidarene will pay all the taxes for the transfer of the subject property.
