Subject: Law of Torts (Malaysia Law)

I need help on this using format ILAC

Question: "Recently, Lana had a major argument with a colleague, De Ray, who wrongly thought that Lana had been responsible for her recent demotion. Lana knew that De Ray's demotion was because of her poor work performance. She had tried to explain this to De Ray, but De Ray had not taken it well. Last weekend, De Ray went to Lana's house to confront her and continue the argument, but Lana refused to open the door. De Ray has always had anger management issues and Lana's actions had made her extremely angry. She began to pound on the door, shouting for Lana to come out of the house. Lana viewed this as little more than an annoyance until De Ray started to yell that she had a parang in her car. De Ray said that if Lana did not come out, she would break the window and go after Lana. De Ray then started kicking and breaking the flowerpots on Lana's front lawn. De Ray also picked up a flowerpot and threw it at a window, shattering the glass. Lana was alarmed by De Ray's action and quickly called the police. When De Ray heard Lana making the call, she immediately left the house. De Ray did not actually have a parang in her car. She claimed that she only wanted to talk to Lana and had never intended to harm her. Based on relevant authorities, advise Lana on the legal actions that can be taken against De Ray."
