(a)Discuss fully the effect of the following:-

• (i)An agreement to which a minor is a party;
• (ii)An agreement entered into by a minor on the fraudulent representation that he is a major; and
• (iii) An agreement entered into by a minor and ratified by him after attaining majority.

(b)Ahmad, a minor entered into an agreement with Bani for the purchase of a certain land for RM5,000. The purchase price was paid in full and Ahmad was given possession of the land. Bani died and Xavier was sold at a price much lower than what it would have fetched and he demanded the return of land form Ahmad.

Will he succeed? Will Ahmad get back his RM5,000 under Section 66 of the Contracts Act 1950?
