3.1 Methodology:

3.1.1 Single Case Study:

The single case study are well than manifold to create a high quality theory, since an additional and better theory is created in a case study. In addition, the further case studies have a logical article, the less time the observer has considered the case studies. However, case studies are more likely to rely on their representativeness. Case study is a qualitative research approach in which researchers collecting data through several bases with depth like interviews, group discussion, and survey in a bounded system. It is also economical and period phase is short as contrasted to multiple case studies. We are using single case study to investigate supply chain risk management(SCRM) of Yunus textile mills limited.

3.2 Approach:

An inductive approach will be used in this project for examine the supply chain risk management(SCRM) of Yunus Textile Mills Limited. This project study will be compared with the textile industry other organization to provide the improvement needed in Yunus Textile Mills Limited.

3.3 Data Collection:

This is an exploratory research because it includes theoretical research. The exploratory research is conducted through interviews, group discussions. I will conduct interviews from Yunus Textile Mills Limited supply chain department employees to identify the required measures for better SCRM.

3.3.1 Primary Data Collection Method

We researcher are acquiring the information and facts yourself, so the data will be known as primary. Because it is regarded as initial and original data. Data will be gathered through survey. We will conduct Semi structured interviews in order to interview the dealers, client, top, middle, first line manager and subordinates of Yunus Textile Mills Limited. We will include also supply chain consultants, human resource experts, psychologists; representatives of human rights organizations in addition to national level organizations working for helpful operations will be interviewed.

3.3.2 Non Probability sampling technique

We are employing non-probability sampling technique because our research is qualitative in nature. We will conduct 4-12 number of interviews to gather all the mandatory information. Therefore, we will have appointment with 4-12 numbers of person, which all are our sample size.

a) Top Level management, middle Level management and first line managers involved in supply chain management of YTML

b) Suppliers of YTML

c) Customers of YTML

d) Supply chain risk management(SCRM) consultants/experts

3.3.3 Secondary Data

We will collect data through primary sources; we do not need to collect data from websites or through financial statements so it is not requirement to attain secondary data.

3.4 Ethical Consideration:

The code of conduct is very important for any research; these codes of conducts are known as ethics. The individuals involved in data collection process are remained confidential. The transparency and authentication of research can be examined. All legal obligations related to information privacy will be incorporated during data collection process. In this research, the gathered data kept securely and will be used only for this study.
