Submit a short memo addressing your thoughts/opinions on the Dobbs ruling. Does it comport with the right to privacy as recognized by the Due Process Clause? Did the Court get it wrong when it decided that the right to an abortion is not a fundamental right? Do you think there is a fundamental right to privacy/bodily autonomy that necessarily includes the right to abortion? Did the Court get it right when it decided that abortion is "different" than the other recognized fundamental rights? Should the Legislature be the body that decides this issue?
