She have been involved in managing and resolving conflicts between coworkers and the individuals within the program, and also some accounting and human resources work.
Before her current job, she has been a police officer/detective for eight years mainly working with children who have been victims of crimes and ensuring that they are placed in a safe environment and receive the necessary help to cope with their trauma. She had also work as a teacher's assistant for four years in a special education classroom.
Sue has completed an associated degree and some advance level college credits.
