Suggest a first person summary of the following: 1. Laptop - I use a laptop and the internet to research the average costs and revenues for similar food businesses. I look for information on food costs, labor costs, overhead costs, and average revenues to improve the way I control costs and drive revenue to the bottom line. 2. Software - I use software like QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, or Google Sheets to organize most of my data. These programs are excellent for allowing me to create spreadsheets that can help me visualize, assess, and adjust business practices as needed to improve operations, financially. 3. Spreadsheets - I create multiple spreadsheets to track a lot of my information. It keeps me organized and able to find revenue or cost discrepancies promptly. For example, my spreadsheets are handy for counting and inputting inventory and tracking labor, food quality, or food waste. 4. Printer - Once I've organized and analyzed my data, I use a printer to print out my spreadsheets. Having a hard copy can be useful for meetings or presentations, or just for reviewing the data without having to use my laptop
