For this project, you will research any organizational behavior (OB) topic using peer-reviewed research that looked at existing organizations. You will compare and contrast 2 companies in the same industry on the basis of this topic in order to develop a recommendation list of the "top 5 things companies should do" when it comes to the topic of your choice based on your findings.
