Be sure to provide some specific values, beliefs, and attitudes that are generally shared and emphasized by the leaders and employees of the company/organization. For example: your example company may have a Corporate Culture of "High Quality... Nothing leaves our doors unless it is fully inspected and tested to meet the highest standards of our industry". Also summarize how the leadership of your example company/organization has instilled this Organizational Culture throughout the organization. Does the organization have a Mission Statement that is consistent with the culture of the organization?
