SUP 3043 - Supply Chain Operations Management

As a new production manager in your organization, you are required to support the implementation of lean production in the company. Highlight the following:

(a) Steps you will propose towards implementing lean across the entire organization (i.e Procurement, Production, Finance, Machine shop, Warehouse etc).

(b) What kind of waste(s) do you anticipate will be produced from the various business units highlighted above?

The expectation is that you briefly review a process in each of the above business unit to make a proposal.
