(Assume that Same Day, First Class, Second Class, and Standard Class shipping is expected to take 1, 2, 4, 6 days to process, respectively) Hint: you need to compare the actual ship dates with the expected ship dates to determine if the shipment is on time, early, or late.

3. Which state(s) has the highest percentage of “Shipped On Time” orders? Which region(s) has the lowest percentage of “Shipped Late” orders in 2014?
