1. Rhonda and Mark are career-oriented, 35-year-old parents of an only child. They are thinking about having a second baby. What factors should they keep in mind as they decide whether to add to their family at this time in their lives? 2. Ask one of your parents or grandparents to list his or her motivations for having children. How do those motivations compare with your own? What factorsfor example, education or cultural changesmight account for any differences?
