Suppose 2 hunters are deciding whether to go deer hunting or hare hunting. Where they are, there is only one deer and many hares. Hares are easier to hunt than deer, which have a very high intelligence level which means that they can only be hunted if both hunters work together.

Without any communication, the hunters choose what they are going to hunt.

If they both catch hares, they both catch a hare.

If one decides to hunt the deer and the other the hares, the one who went to hunt the deer takes nothing (0) and the other takes the 2 hares.

Finally, if both hunt the deer then the value of the deer meat (3) is equally higher for both than if they hunted 2 hares alone.

Make a matrix with these payments and solve it reaching the Nash equilibrium.
