Suppose a company is about to take a new project which would last for 5 years. The company has bought a warehouse cost 1M 3 years ago. If the company accept the new project, it should use the existing warehouse which rents out for 1.2M currently and the rental rate wouldn't be changed. I'd like to consult whether the cash flow related to warehouse should be taken into account for the incremental cash flow of the new project. If it should, would it affect only year 0, or year 1 to 5?
