One day you notice that a series of tweets contain the hashtag #housecleanfail. These tweets contain comments about House Clean and how it has failed to properly clean people's homes. Some of the tweets contain photographs of furniture and floors that actually appear damaged because of House Clean's chemicals.

One tweet catches your attention above the rest. It states that House Clean contains a harmful acid in its chemical makeup that actually damages wood. You know this is not the case. This tweet was placed on a Twitter account by a man named Bob Becker who resides in Indianapolis, Indiana. Becker continues to tweet about the hahful chemicals used in House Clean products, and even states that Hou$$e Clean product tests on animals. He later tweets that House Clean has been sued for failure to comply with FDA regulations, and that their product is banned in several states. All of this is untrue. Because of this your company wants to sue Becker for product disparagement and defamation.
