Suppose that the locality where you live has a demon because of the green environment. The ward committee wants to invite a group of interns who have studied project management and the government invites your team to prepare a small-scale project plan to deal with the risks of river water pollution and erosion, landslide when the rainy season comes.

(Know that the place you live is in the foothills with many hills and mountains, and especially there is a very large river where many households raise fish directly on the river.)

Your team project plan must include, but is not limited to, the following elements.

-The foundation of the project
-Project purpose and specific objectives
- State the Work Structure and Analysis (WBS) to the extent that control will be implemented.
- Estimate the cost to the WBS level at which control will be exercised.
-Network Diagram (CPM/PERT)
-Gantt charts
-Monitoring and evaluating indicators
- Milestones and target dates for each.
-Key or staff required
-Key risks and planned responses for each.
