In February of this year, the council of your local authority issued a permit to you to sell milk, for 12 months, but you have now received a letter signed by the town clerk advising you that the permit has been cancelled. Consider whether you could challenge this decision by judicial review under each of the following circumstances:

(a) The letter reported a decision of the Council to cancel your permit.

(b) The letter stated that the Town Clerk cancelled the permit.

(c) The letter stated that the Council cancelled the permit on the basis of information supplied by the health inspector
