Suppose there is a system consisting of humidity sensor, ADC, DAC and an Air Conditioning (AC) system. The humidity sensor gives output as voltage value. As the humidity decreases below 30% it produces the voltage of 4.57 V. That voltage is then put through a 3-bit Flash ADC as input (where reference voltage is 8 V and Ra= "Group#" Kn). After that, the output of ADC is applied to a 3- bit binary weighted DAC (where R=4 Kn) to produce sufficient voltage (minimum voltage to turn ON the AC driver circuit is 14.5 V). Consider Logic "1" as 5V and logic "0" as 1V. (i) Illustrate the block diagram for the system showing ADC, DAC, AC and Humidity sensor. (ii) Design the circuit diagram with ADC & DAC for the complete system showing necessary parameters value. (iii) Determine the digital output of ADC system. (iv) Calculate the minimum Rf value (only magnitude) of the binary weighted DAC to produce enough voltage for the AC driver circuit to turn ON the AC?
