Suppose you are assigned as one of the construction management team to participate in the planning phase of the project shown in Figure 1. The project is a storage facility at the client’s farm. Figure 2 shows the project elevation including all structural components. You are asked to develop a job logic diagram for the entire project. You should specify the construction of the project with the construction step of each structural element. The construction of each structural element should include the following items in this order: debarring, formwork, concrete pouring, concrete curing, and removing formwork.
