He has been remanded in custody pending appearance in court. Susannah has three children - all girls, aged 7 (twins) and 5. Her chief worry is for their welfare as Susannah does not work, her husband supports the family and she is concerned that Child Protection could become involved and remove her children. Susannah was referred to your organisation - Integrated Family Support Services (IFSS) and undertook an assessment to find out her needs and issues. Following this assessment an Individual Support Plan was drawn up for Susannah (see next page). Susannah has returned after a period of one month for a review of her plan. Manage the relationships with parents and in-laws Reduce visits and phone calls from in-laws Work out strategies for providing parents with information IFSS family support counsellor Take phone off the hook at particular times of the day Appointment with family support counsellor within one week.
