Sweetdel Bakery ordered 65kg of New Zealand butter from Fei Fei Cold Storage Sdn Bhd.

They were required to deliver the butter under the brand name Coldchurn Butter. When the

butter was delivered, it was discovered by the manager of Sweetdel Bakery that the butter

was of a different brand called Anchor butter. Sweetdel Bakery is unhappy with the delivery
