Project Case You are a Project Manager of a Retail company that operates across the globe and have several business units in each country. You are based on the Canada hub and had delivered a couple of projects with Scrum approach. Always supported by a Product Owner and you acting as a Scrum Master. Management just announced, giving the success on small Agile/Scrum projects, that now this approach will be the standard method for all new initiatives. You and your team are introduced to the Scaled Agile approach and are expected to follow-it by the dot moving fonivard. In that spirit, now you're being asked to get involved in the new big bet for the company, a brand- new e-commerce site. This project consists of the full implementation, from discovery and design definition to release. It's a great opportunity, big project with a lot of exposure. All eyes on you. I You are asked to lead the Scrum team that will oversee the Front-End piece of the site [User Interface], but you will not be directly involved on the Back-End implementation. This last piece would be split in 2 smaller pieces, and each will be delivered by other Scrum teams. You are confident that you and your teammates had each a specific set of skills that, together, will allow you to create this User Interface with no problem, but you're concern that you'll not be directly overseeing the other pieces and you know you have dependencies on the back-end pieces for your part to be fully functional
