SWOT Personal Analysis By now, all of you should have clicked on SWOT Analysis Slides For Review and should be familiar with a S-W-O-T Analysis. It is imperative for companies to have an understanding of where they stand in their respective industries. It may also be beneficial for you to create a SWOT for yourself. You may consider this to be a simple assignment, or you might have done one of these in another business class; however, why not take the time to challenge yourself and come up with new and more detailed adjectives that can better define who you are internally and externally. As in all things business, and especially for those who hope to assume a leadership or management role in the future, one should never go with one's first thought; it should take strategic thinking.
