Include one artifact which demonstrates proficiency in Outcome #1

• Identify an assignment / course products or real - world professional example ( Telecommunication sales) that best ties into the concepts you have learned regarding this learning outcome.

Include written reflections.

• Discusses why you have chosen this artifact, including why the artifact demonstrates proficiency related to the corresponding program outcome and/ or how the experience in developing the artifact resulted in a better understanding of your personal leadership philosophy.
• Lessons learned, connections to current practice, and next steps.

Each Written Reflection includes:

• Heading:
  • Written Reflection
  • Learning Outcome #: Full name of the outcome
• Opening paragraph:
  • Introduction (and brief description) of the artifact along with a statement that the artifact is a demonstration of student learning related to the associated program learning outcome
• Body of Written Reflection:
  • Commentary and description of how student creation of the artifact or involvement in the artifact is related to the designated program outcome, lessons learned, connections to current practice, reasons for revisions (if applicable), and next steps (how the experience will influence/has influenced your future leadership plans)
