These are the details for booking a deluxe limousine process. When customer request booking, it can be done either through phone call or email. The travel agent will receive the booking request and check for availability. If there is a limousine available, a booking status will be defined. If none available, the travel agent will get alternative time and a booking status is made. This booking status will be informed to the customer for his/her response. If accepted, the booking will be confirmed meanwhile, if not accepted, the booking process ends. For successful booking, an email with the booking details will be sent to the customers and notification will be given to the limousine driver. A complete task notification will be done by the driver and the same notification will be received by the travel agent once the assignment is complete.
