System Operational Requirement: Provide a List of COI's and KPP's

As a member of the TSA Homeland Security team is to generate a list of "Critical Operational Issues" (COI) and then provide a list of mission "Key Performance Parameters (KPP)".

A Related TMP is provided below:I need at least 10 COI and 12 KPP in response;

TPM-01: Perform a 2048x2048 pixel image cross correlation between a real-time picture with a stored terrorist database image and shall have an accuracy of greater than 99.999% when compared to all other stored pictures in the terrorist database.

TPM-02: The false positive error rate of the subsystem cross correlation process shall be less than 0.0001% for all processed TSA passengers processed by the system.

a. COI#1 The system response must be in real-time Rationale: Transportation security officers screen more than 2 million passengers each day at nearly 440 airports nationwide. During rush hours also affects the number of screenings per inspection lane. The system must be fast enough to catch up with demand.

2. Key Performance Parameters (KPP) a. KPP#1 The response duration must be at most 1 second from the time the video frame is taken to the pass/fail signal to the TSA Officer. Rationale: As explained in COI#1, the screen rate is very high in airports. Slow system, slowdowns the boarding process.
