For example, it could be a system at work, or one at the University of Memphis. Analyze the system's \"as-is\" features. Describe the good and bad features of the current system. Then offer an outline of a \"to-be\" system. Describe how the proposed features of the \"to- be" system will benet the organization and its relevant stakeholders (manager, user, customer, etc.). Make sure that you include the value added to the business related to the development of a \"to-be\" system. Part 2 Now that you have described the current systems, it's good and bad features, a \"to-be\" system that overcomes these problems and provided a (value added) justification for exploring the new system, it is time to start the requirements gathering process. Develop a plan for your requirements determination process.
