The next day, T's 13 year old friend, F, signs the last page of the will at the bottom thereof by writing his name in "capital letters". F, signs the will in the kitchen, while T and X are having a drink outside on the veranda. Thereafter, X, takes the will to T's teacher, Mrs Z, who provides home schooling to T. Mrs Z signs the will at her house as second witness later that afternoon by way of her initials on page one (1) of the will. The will is undated and contains no attestation clause. Fully discuss the validity or not of the "will" and substantiate your answer.
