There is a relationship between the number of runway incursions and the total number of annual flights.

There is no relationship between the number of runway incursions and the total number of annual flights.

I am conducting a Spearman correlation test but stuck on finding the critical cutoff value for comparison. Thus far I have found 0.429 and 0.503 for N=16. Should I run my test using a one tail or two tail? Trying to determine by critical value to figure statistical significance.
