We want to understand how people interact within groups in the Organization and the principles applied to make the business operate effectively- to make them a TOP Employer. As a group, conduct research on your Top Employer and identify the following: 1. Their goals, mission, vision, and values. 2. Any practices the company is successfully using to create a motivated workforce that you think others should borrow? 3. Describe the leadership styles of the CEO/President/General Manager. 4. As a group, explain why understanding the Organization's goals, mission, vision, values, motivation strategies and leadership IMPACTS the Organization's overall performance. How have these factors helped the Organization become a top employer? Your group should apply lesson materials to your answer. Do not copy and paste text materials. This should be stated in your own words. 5. What are the factors that play a role in the overall success of the Organization? Identify at least three.
