Take a set of

(1) your companys international HQs and its national subsidiary, or

(2) the national subsidiary and your divisional/functional unit as your case.

Reflect on changes in each organization over the last 3-5 years in terms of its environment, goal/strategy and other key contingencies, and whether/how each organization has structurally responded to the changes.
