TAKE HOME EXERCISE ON RISKS PT ABC is a startup company owned by 2 young individuals. The shareholders worked together to invent an Al-based application that could be used by medical doctors to diagnose health issues of patients remotely and almost accurately. The patients or his/her doctor could simply send a result of simple blood test which could be done by any PUSKESMAS anywhere in the country to a more advanced health facility or doctor. PT ABC needs funding to develop the application that can be used in any smart phones, so medical doctors could swiftly make decision as to what to be done by the medical facility where the patients are being treated. For example, a patient is treated at a PUSKESMAS in North Maluku, and the medical doctors attending the PUSKESMAS have not been trained to treat complex and difficult deceases. The doctors would send the test result to a more experienced doctor or health facility in Jakarta or Surabaya, and by using the application that has been installed in computer or smartphones, the doctor in Jakarta or Surabaya could establish an accurate diagnose and explain to the local doctor in Maluku on what to do. The application can also be used by doctors in a certain emergency situation, so anyone who experiences emergency health situation may may fill out a form provided by the application with information on symptoms and blood test result, if any, to his/her doctor. The doctor will use the app to diagnose, and contact a pharmacy to send the prescribed medication to his/her patient's home, all in a single transaction which will be paid by a bank designated by the patient. If the doctor finds that the emergency situation is life threatening, the application will contact ambulance and alarm a nearby hospital to receive and treat the patient with clear instruction on what to do based on the diagnose
