• Is upward leadership practiced in your organization? If so, how?
• Ask some of your associates about upward leadership in your organization and evaluate their response. Was their response consistent with your own?
• Identify those departments or areas of your organization where upward leadership is practiced. Assess its effectiveness, and identify other areas within the organization where it may benefit the organization.
