Take the raw results from your two face-to-face interviews (one with the principal, one with another staff person), and type up their exact responses to each of the 10 following questions.

1. What inspired you to start ABC LLC?

2. What do you believe are the key strengths of your organization?

3. How has your organization changed and adapted over time?

4. What are your thoughts about the future of the security industry and what are the changes needed to make it a success?

5. How does your organization foster a positive and productive work environment?

6. What role does innovation play in your organization?

7. What are your thoughts on the current state of the security industry?

8. How do you ensure that your services meet the needs of your clients?

9. What sets your organization apart from other security providers?

10. How do you ensure that your employees are highly trained and motivated?

Please present the interviews separately by interviewee. Please give me a short, but complete Bio on each interviewee (work history, title, educational background, etc.). Then, you must identify any obvious themes or trends that are apparent in a separate section at the end of the document. This is very important and will likely lead you towards change areas.

Stay alert to the themes and trends as these can easily be "windows" into the organization's strengths, weaknesses, threats, potential change areas, and politics (pay special attention to consistencies or lack thereof, between the two interviewees.
