Talk about how much taxpayers should know about their taxes. Should everyone prepare their taxes? Or is it okay to have professional tax preparers (like you) prepare their tax returns? And if so, how much information should the tax preparers share with the client? Do you have any personal experiences where someone you know didn't understand why their taxes were too high?
