Tane has listed his property with Red Blazer Realty as a "Sole Agency". Tane has been approached by Maxine who is interested in buying his house. Maxine claims Tane could save commission by selling to her privately. Tane wants to know the rights and liabilities of himself and Red Blazer Realty if he were to sell his property privately and what effect cancelling the sole agency agreement might have.
