Tareq has been working at Starbucks Abu Dhabi for over one year starting December 1, 2019. He is employed on a two-year limited employment contract which contains terms that cover only his job descriptions and allowances benefits (ie. Housing, Transportation and schooling). He has just been promoted due to his excellent performance. He also got a 5% increase in his salary and an appraisal letter from the management. Starbucks has decided to gradually close down its operations in Abu Dhabi due to sever decline in commercial activities, Starbucks wants to know exactly how to terminate Tareq's employment contract and the consequences of such termination and how Threq's end of service benefits will be calculated accordingly. Please advise Starbucks
