Task 1: An Ethical Dilemma

Describe an ethical dilemma you have experienced in your personal or professional life. What made it an ethical dilemma? (Remember that an ethical dilemma involves a choice between two less than desirable outcomes.) How was it resolved (or was it)? Which ethical approach or approaches do you see in the way the issue was resolved? In your view, was the resolution satisfactory? Is there anything that would have made it better?

2. Choose an issue that you are seeing or experiencing in your organization and use this reflective assignment to explore it more fully. (This could be the issue you've discussed with your classmates in the seminar.)Your reflection should:

• 3. The COVID pandemic was rife with ethical decisions such as who gets limited ICU beds, who gets vaccinated first, and what happens when people refuse to get vaccinated. Use the ethical decision making process
